CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Lively Ones | Fitness class done primarily in chairs. Great for those with arthritis and/or need a very low impact workout. The class works on cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Low Impact Aerobics | One hour class consisting of 25 minutes of low impact aerobic dance followed by strength training, ab work and flexibility for a total body workout.
S.S.S. | Spin, stretch, strength. 30 minutes of cycle then strength work and stretching.
Zumba | Fun aerobics dance class with Latin style moves. NEW!!
Total Boot Camp | One hour circuit style class mixing cardio moves (boxing, plyometrics, agility and cycle) coupled with a variety of strength moves
Boot Camp Challenge | One hour and fifteen minute circuit style class giving the participant a touch workout by using a variety of types of strength moves.
Indoor Cycle | 45 minute class using a variety of formats such as interval, sprint, hill workout, a flat endurance ride or a mix of them all.
Super Cycle | Similar to Indoor Cycle, but will last one hour to challenge the rider more.
FF Extreme | Non traditional, functional strength work. Great for that "muscle confusion"!
Power Pump | Use body bars, weights, and tubing followed by core/ab work.
Pilates Plus | One hour class mixing Pilates exercises and other core strengthening moves using the ball, bands and tubing.
Pilates | Mat class focusing on body awareness, core, strength, and flexibility
Yoga | Mat class using moves that build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress
Super Abs | 15 minute core workout
The Rotator | This class will "rotate" workout types every four weeks - offering a variety of classes such as SSS, Cardio/Kickbox, Pilates, Step and more
Virtual Cycle | This indoor cycle class is performed while watching a cycle move on a large screen, giving one the effect of riding outdoors.
