Lifestyle Coaching | Diet and exercise are the keys to long term weight loss. It is all about lifestyle changes. Thus the evolution of Lifestyle Coaching. Lifestyle coaching offers each client a very personalized approach to exercise and nutrition. Each client will work with an exercise physiologist for a fitness training program and a nutritionist for a diet program. The program will begin with a general consultation with each coach.
Nutrition Counseling | We are happy to have a registered dietitian on board with us. Mandy Conrad (see her bio under new staff) joins the staff and brings her nutrition services to The Factor. Mandy is offering one-on-one nutrition counseling that combines a medical history analysis and assessment of current habits, personal nutrition goals and weight loss desires in order to create a nutrition program just for you.
